- Ripe avocado – 1 no.
- Lime juice – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – to taste
- Chopped onion – 2 tablespoons (rinsed in cold water)
- Chopped tomato – 2 tablespoons
- Chopped chili – 1/2 teaspoon or to taste
- Chopped cilantro – 1 tablespoon
Method
- Scoop out the avocado from the skin.
- Add lemon juice and salt, mash with a fork till soft.
- Add onion, tomato, chili and cilantro.
- Combine everything and keep it in fridge for 1-2 hours.
- Use it cold with baked chips or nachos.
