  1. Ripe avocado – 1 no.
  2. Lime juice – 1 teaspoon
  3. Salt – to taste
  4. Chopped onion – 2 tablespoons (rinsed in cold water)
  5. Chopped tomato – 2 tablespoons
  6. Chopped chili – 1/2 teaspoon or to taste
  7. Chopped cilantro – 1 tablespoon


  1. Scoop out the avocado from the skin.
  2. Add lemon juice and salt, mash with a fork till soft.
  3. Add onion, tomato, chili and cilantro.
  4. Combine everything and keep it in fridge for 1-2 hours.
  5. Use it cold with baked chips or nachos.
