- 1. Boiled egg - 2 Nos

- 2. Onion - 2 Cups - Sliced
- 3. Green chilly - 2 Nos
- 4. Ginger - 1 Teaspoon - Crushed
- 5. Garlic - 1 Teaspoon - Crushed
- 6. Curry leaves - 1 Stem

- 7. Turmeric powder - 1/4 Teaspoon (Manjalpodi)
- 8. Red chilly powder - 1 Teaspoon
- 9. Coriander powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
- 10. Garam masala powder - 1/4 Teaspoon

- 11. Tomato - 1/2 Cup - Chopped
- 12. Coconut milk - 1/2 Cup
- 13. Salt - As required
- 14. Coconut oil - 1 Tablespoon
Instructions
- Heat oil in pan and ingredients 2-6 till onion become light brown color.
- Add 7 – 10 ingredients one by one and saute till raw smell goes off in low flame.
- Add tomato and saute till tomato become mushy.
- Add coconut milk and cook till gravy become thick.
- Add boiled egg and mix with the curry and switch off the flame.

• Tempering with mustard is optional.
