French Toast is an easy dish made with bread in egg and milk.

Ingredients

  • 1. Bread slices - 6 Nos - Medium
  • 2. Egg - 2 Nos
  • 3. Milk - 1/2 Cup
  • 4. Cardamom powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
  • 5. Sugar - As per taste
  • 6. Butter/ Oil - To fry

Instructions

  1. Beat ingredients 2 – 5 together well.
  2. Heat a tawa and grease with butter/ oil.
  3. Dip each bread slices in egg – milk mixture and shallow fry both sides.
