Pomegranate – It’s one of my favorite fruit with it’s unique flavor and attractive seeds.

Pomegranate is derived from a French word “pomegranate” i.e seeded apple. It’s a nutrition rich fruit and has many health benefit such as heart benefits, protection from cancer, improves digestions, boosts immunity and much more.

Today I’m showing you how to make Pomegranate Milk/ Pomegranate Shake. It’s very simple and milk gives a good taste with pomegranate. I suggest to make this drink without adding sugar to get a healthier drink. Don’t worry, this drink is tasty even with out sweetening.

Also please note, pomegranate is a stainer. So take care on your clothing and nails becoming black.  ?

Ingredients

  • 1. Pomegranate Seeds - 1 Cup
  • 2. Chilled Milk - 1 Cup
  • 3. Sugar - To taste

Instructions

  1. De seed pomegranate.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a blender/ juicer.
  3. Blend the ingredients well.
  4. Strain and serve.
