Kerala Style Beef Stew Recipe
Kerala Style Beef Stew Recipe

Kerala Style Beef Stew is less spicy yet yummy side dish goes very well with Appam/ Bread. Beef stew is a common side dish for Christmas/ Easter breakfasts.

In South Kerala side Beef stew is prepared in a different way by adding garam masala powder/ coriander powder. So color of the curry will be slightly brown. Also only potatoes are added as the veg and no carrot/ green peas etc are added.

In this Beef stew recipe I’m adding potatoes and carrots only no green peas added.

I got tips for this recipe from my friend Saritha’s mom who is enthusiastic to explain her recipes. Thanks Aunty ?
