Ingredients

  • 1. Boiled egg - 2 Nos

  • 2. Onion - 2 Cups - Sliced
  • 3. Green chilly - 2 Nos
  • 4. Ginger - 1 Teaspoon - Crushed
  • 5. Garlic - 1 Teaspoon - Crushed
  • 6. Curry leaves - 1 Stem

  • 7. Turmeric powder - 1/4 Teaspoon (Manjalpodi)
  • 8. Red chilly powder - 1 Teaspoon
  • 9. Coriander powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
  • 10. Garam masala powder - 1/4 Teaspoon

  • 11. Tomato - 1/2 Cup - Chopped
  • 12. Coconut milk - 1/2 Cup
  • 13. Salt - As required
  • 14. Coconut oil - 1 Tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in pan and ingredients 2-6 till onion become light brown color.
  2. Add 7 – 10 ingredients one by one and saute till raw smell goes off in low flame.
  3. Add tomato and saute till tomato become mushy.
  4. Add coconut milk and cook till gravy become thick.
  5. Add boiled egg and mix with the curry and switch off the flame.

Notes

• Tempering with mustard is optional.
